Education Qualification

Minimum Educational Qualification for Direct Recruitment:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg./B.S.) from any Indian University/Institution (AICTE Approved) or a degree obtained in regular technical courses from all deemed universities recognized by the University Grants Commission will be valid, but not degrees obtained through technical courses conducted via distance education.

Specific Qualification (M.Tech.):
M.Tech. Degree or equivalent (M.E./M.S.) from any Indian University/Institution (AICTE Approved) or a degree obtained in regular technical courses from all deemed universities recognized by the University Grants Commission will be valid, but not degrees obtained through technical courses conducted via distance education.

Note: As per the provisions of the rules, specific qualification and work experience or teaching experience are not essential eligibility criteria under the minimum educational qualification, but work experience or teaching experience with specific qualification is a desirable qualification, for which there is a provision for additional marks.
