About Bihar BSPHCL Various Post Recruitment 2024
For this Year 2024, Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited (BSPHCL) offers a huge recruitment drive offering 2,610 jobs in various sectors. The program is gearing up to strengthen the country’s professional community within the armed forces, by addressing preferential business needs and career prospects.
The recruitment dynamics of BSPHCL attracted a wide variety of candidates from Bihar and beyond, who were eager for various positions at various positions ranging from junior engineers to engineer, supervisor and manager positions.
The recruitment process itself evolved to be based on transparency and inclusiveness, which followed a merit-based absolute selection process to ensure that individuals with quality credentials were decided upon for employment of any of these. Rigorous assessment was conducted using written tests, interviews and ability tests in line with workplace standards and organizational requirements.
Image Upload Instruction
The candidate shall be required to upload TWO photographs:
1. To be Uploaded: A PRE-SAVED recent Passport Size Color Photograph as per Image Upload Guidelines.
a) Instructions to capture photograph:
1. Stand/sit against a white background (Avoid distracting backgrounds)
2. The image must not include other objects or additional people. Ensure that you are the only one person in
the picture.
3. The image must contain the full face, ears, neck, and shoulders of the entrant in frontal view with a neutral,
non-smiling expression and with eyes open and directed at the camera.
4. The image must not contain any parts of the body below the entrant
(b) Instructions to upload photograph and Signature:
1. The photograph should be of passport size and colored with white background.
2. Size of the image should be min. 50 kb and max. 80 kb
3. Image should be .jpg or .jpeg format.
4. Scanner dpi should be 200 dpi
5. File once uploaded cannot be changed before the edit window opens. After the closing of the edit window,
the file uploaded cannot be changed. Deficiency, if any, in documents uploaded shall be communicated and
rectification shall be allowed as detailed in the Information Bulletin.
6. Dimension should be 3.5cm * 4.5cm
c) Instruction to upload required Documents/Certificates:
a. Size of the document should be min. 100 KB and max. 300 KB
b. Document should be only jpg, jpeg or pdf format
