Education Qualification
- (i) Passed Intermediate / 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
- (ii) Must have passed a Laboratory Technician Diploma Course / Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) course from an institution recognized by the Central Government, Bihar Government, or any other State Government, along with the relevant certificate.
- Specialist Medical Officer (SMO):-
(i) A candidate must possess an MBBS degree and a postgraduate degree/diploma (or equivalent qualification) in related Field/ Trade from a recognized Indian university approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the National Medical Commission (NMC), as specified under the Bihar and Odisha Medical Act, 1916.
If the degree is obtained from a foreign university, the candidate must have completed a 4-year MBBS course along with a 1-year rotating internship and must have passed the FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) conducted by the MCI. The degree will only be considered valid if recognized by the MCI.
Additionally, for postgraduate qualifications (MD/MS/DM/MCh) that require a rotating internship, if the internship is completed in the same year and the degree is recognized by the MCI, the candidate will be considered eligible for the position of Dermatologist.
(ii) Mandatory Experience:
The candidate must have completed a 12-month compulsory rotating internship from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India and the government. Permanent registration with the Medical Council is mandatory, regardless of the reason.

- Now click on “Download Interview Call Letter for CRP-SPL-XV” or similar link.
- Log in using your Registration No. / Roll No. and Password / Date of Birth (DD-MM-YY).
- Enter the captcha code and click on “Login”.
- Your Interview Call Letter will appear on the screen.
- Download and take a printout of the Interview Letter.
- Carry the printed call letter along with a valid photo ID proof (in original + photocopy) to the interview venue.
