- Senior Personal Assistant (SPA):-Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University, English Shorthand speed of at least 110 w.p.m., an English Typewriting speed of at least 40 w.p.m. on a computer, and have a good working knowledge of computer applications.
- Personal Assistant (PA): Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University, English Shorthand speed of not less than 100 w.p.m., an English Typewriting speed of not less than 40 w.p.m. on a computer, and hold good working knowledge of computers.
