Post Wise Eligibility Criteria
- Manager (General/ Depot/ Movement): (1) Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Any Stream From Recognized University with Minimum 60% Marks. (2) For : SC / ST : 55% Marks.
- Manager (Technical):- (1) B.SC Agriculture OR BE / B.Tech in AG / Food Processing / Bio Chemistry / Equivalent Degree. (2) More Details Read the Notification.
- Manager (Civil Engineering):- BE / B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering from a Recognized University or Equivalent.
- Manager (Electrical Mechanical Engineering) : BE / B.Tech Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a Recognized University or Equivalent.
- Manager (Hindi): (1) Master Degree of a recognized University or Equivalent in Hindi with English as a Subject in Degree Level OR Master Degree in English with Hindi as a Subject in Degree Level.
- (2) Experience: 5 years experience of terminological work in Hindi and/ or translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa preferably of technical or scientific literature. OR Five years of experience of teaching/research writing or journalism in Hindi

Pay Scale & Mode of Selection
- Pay Scale: : IDA Pay scale of Rs. 40000 – 140000/-
- Mode of Selection: Selection on the Basis of Online Test (Phase-I & II) , Interview.
