- Maximum. Age : 42 Yrs. (SC/ ST-Male & Female)
- Maximum. Age : 47 Yrs. (All Category)

Eligibility Criteria
- (i) Intermediate (12th Passed) from a recognised Board/ University; and
(ii) Certificate of English Shorthand and English Typing from a recognised institution;
and
(iii) Diploma/ Certificate of at least six month’s Course in Computer Application from a
recognised institution; and
(iv) minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English shorthand; and
(v) minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English Typing.
- Preferential Qualification :- A candidate –
- (i) who has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period for two years, or
(ii) who has obtained a ‘B’ certificate of the National Cadet Corps
shall, other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct
recruitment to the establishment at the time of interview.

Image Upload Instructions
The candidate shall be required to upload A PRE-SAVED recent Passport Size Colour
Photograph and scanned signature as per Image Upload Guidelines.
- Instructions to upload photograph and Signature:-
(a) The photograph should be of passport Size and coloured with light coloured preferable white background
(b) Size of the image should be min. 50 kb and max. 80 kb.
(c) Image should be .jpg or .jpeg format.
(d) Scanner dpi should be 200 dpi.
(e) Uploaded Photograph and Signature once uploaded cannot be changed after final submission of Application Form.
(f) Dimension should be 3.5cm * 4.5cm
- Instructions to upload required Documents/Certificates:-
(a) Size of the document should be min. 100 KB and max. 300 KB
(b) Document should be only jpg, jpeg or pdf format
