Post Wise NHM & RajMES Paramedical Staff 2025: Education Qualification

1. Community Health Officer (CHO):
B.Sc. in Community Health
OR
Nurse (GNM or B.Sc)
OR
Ayurveda Practitioner (BAMS) from a recognized university.

Registered in respective Rajasthan Nursing Council / Board of Indian Medicine, Rajasthan.

Note:

Candidates must appear for a screening exam.

Shortlisted candidates:

With Certificate in Community Health (CCH)/B.Sc in Community Health/B.Sc. Nursing (integrated curriculum) will be posted as CHO in SHC-H&WCs.

Without the above must complete a 6-month bridge course.

If unsuccessful in the first attempt, a second attempt is allowed (candidate bears the cost).

2. Data Entry Operator:-
Graduate in any discipline with:

One Year Diploma/PGDCA (Computer Application)
OR

"A"/"B" Level DOEACC certificate in Computer Application.

Typing speed: 35 WPM in English and Hindi.

3. Program Assistant:-
Graduate in any stream.

One-year diploma in computer application or O/A Level Certificate.

Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field (Health Sector/NGOs/Govt. Health Projects/NHM).

Typing speed: 35 WPM in English and Hindi.
Desirable: Office work experience.

4. Accounts Assistant:-
Graduate in Commerce
OR
CA (Inter)/CS (Inter) from a recognized institution.

Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field (Health Sector/NGOs/Govt. Health Projects/NHM).

5. Pharma Assistant:-
Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy.

Registered as Pharmacist in Rajasthan Pharmacy Council.

6. Sector Health Supervisor:-
Graduation in any stream with RSCIT.

Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field (Health Sector/NGOs/Govt. Health Projects/NHM).

7. Social Worker:-
Post Graduate Degree in Psychology
OR
Master in Social Work (MSW)
OR
Post Graduate in Sociology/Public Administration/Rural Development
OR
BDS with 1-2 years health-related course
OR
Graduate in Sociology/Social Work + 2 years field experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.

8. Hospital Administrator:-
Master in Public Health (MPH)
OR
PG Degree/Diploma in Health/Hospital Management/Administration
OR
MBA/MSW.

Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
Desirable: RSCIT Course.

9. Medical Lab Technician:-
Senior Secondary in Science (Biology).

Diploma in Medical Lab Technician/Blood Bank Technology.

Registered in Rajasthan Para Medical Council.

10. Compounder (Ayurved):-
Diploma in Ayurveda Nursing (3 years)
OR
B.Sc (Ayurveda Nursing, 4 years) with internship certificate.

11. Public Health Care Nurse:-
B.Sc. Nursing (recognized by State Government).

Registered in R.N.C.

12. Rehabilitation Worker:-
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)
OR
10+2 with one of the following:

Certificate in Multi Rehabilitation Worker (MRW, 1.5 years)
OR

Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (DCBR, 1-2 years)
OR

PG Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (PGDCBR, ODL).

Registered under Rehabilitation Council of India Act 1992.

13. Nursing Trainer:-
B.Sc. Nursing (recognized by State Government).

Registered in Rajasthan Nursing Council.

14. Audiologist:-
Diploma/Bachelor in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology
OR
B.Sc. (Speech and Hearing).

15. Psychiatric Care Nurse:-
B.Sc. in Nursing/Diploma/Degree in Psychiatric Nursing.

Registered in Rajasthan Nursing Council.

16. Physiotherapist Assistant:-
Secondary + Diploma in Physiotherapy
OR
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (recognized by Government).

17. Senior Counsellor:-
Master in Social Work (MSW)
OR
PG in Sociology/Psychology/Public Administration/Home Science
OR
B.Sc. in Food & Nutrition
OR
Graduate + PG Diploma/M.Sc. in Food & Nutrition.

18. Bio-Medical Engineer:-
B.E/B.Tech in Biomedical/Mechanical/Electronic Engg. + 2 years experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
Desirable: RSCIT Course.

19. Female Health Worker:-
10th Standard + Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Training/Health Worker Female course.

Registered in Rajasthan Nursing Council as B Grade Nurse.

20. Nursing Incharge:-
B.Sc. Nursing (recognized by State Government).

Registered in Rajasthan Nursing Council.

फोटोग्राफ और हस्ताक्षर स्कैन और अपलोड करने के लिए दिशा-निर्देश:-

फोटो अपलोड करने के लिए दिशा-निर्देश :-

(a) फोटोग्राफ और हस्ताक्षर स्पष्ट नहीं होने पर आवेदन अस्वीकार किया जा सकता है।

(b) आवेदक को नवीनतम रंगीन फोटो (अधिकतम 01 माह पुराना) अपलोड करनी चाहिए। मोबाईल व अन्य स्वयं रचित फोटो का उपयोग नहीं करें।

(c). फोटो की पृष्ठभूमि (Background) सफेद या हल्के रंग की होनी चाहिए।

(d). फोटो में आवेदक का चेहरा कम से कम 50 प्रतिशत जगह घेरना चाहिए।

(e). फोटो में आवेदक का चेहरा एवं सिर किसी भी कपड़े, छाया, बालों द्वारा ढका हुआ नहीं होना चाहिए। आवेदक का सिर आंख, नाक और ठोड़ी स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई देनी चाहिए।

(f). यदि आप चश्मा पहनते हैं, तो फोटो खिंचवाते समय चश्मा पहन सकते हैं लेकिन चश्में पर चमक (Flash) नहीं होनी चाहिए।

(g). आवेदक की फोटो में काला या धूप का चश्मा नहीं होना चाहिए।

(h). फोटो जेपीईजी (JPEG) प्रारूप में होना चाहिए एवं इसकी साईज 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm होनी चाहिए।

(i). फोटो जेपीईजी (JPEG) के पिक्सेल न्यूनतम 240 x 320 एवं अधिकतम 480 x 640 (0.3 मेगापिक्सल) होना चाहिए।

(j). फाईल का आकार 50 के.बी से 100 के.बी तक होना चाहिए।

(k). स्कैन की गई फोटो का आकार 100 के.बी से ज्यादा नहीं होना चाहिए।

(l). परीक्षा के समय प्रवेश पत्र / उपस्थिति पत्र पर लगी फोटो आवेदक से मेल खानी चाहिए अन्यथा उम्मीदवार अयोग्य ठहराया जा सकता है।

(m). आवेदक द्वारा ऑनलाईन आवेदन भरते समय दो या अधिक फोटो को मिलाकर Morph Photo, फोटो से फोटो एडिटर एप्प से किसी भी प्रकार की छेड़खानी, फोटो की जालसाजी इत्यादि करने पर अभ्यर्थी की अभ्यर्थितता किसी भी स्तर पर निरस्त की जा सकेगी। ऐसे प्रकरणों में अभ्यर्थी एवं फोटो से छेड़छाड़ करने वाले व लिप्त पाये जाने वाले अभियुक्त के विरूद्ध कानूनी कार्यवाही की जा सकेगी।

 हस्ताक्षर अपलोड करने के लिए दिशा-निर्देश :-

(a). आवेदक एक सफेद कागज (A4 size) पर 7 सेमी चौडाई एवं 2 सेमी ऊँचाई के एक आयताकार बॉक्स के भीतर काले या गहरे नीले रंग के पेन से हस्ताक्षर करें।

(b). हस्ताक्षर केवल आवेदक द्वारा किया जाना चाहिए अन्य किसी व्यक्ति के द्वारा हस्ताक्षर मान्य नहीं होगा।

(c). आयताकार बॉक्स में हस्ताक्षर करने के बाद इमेज को स्केन करवाकर आयताकार बॉक्स तक क्रॉप करने के पश्चात् अपलोड करें।

(d). परीक्षा के समय प्रवेश पत्र / उपस्थिति पत्र पर किये गये आवेदक के हस्ताक्षर अपलोड हस्ताक्षर से मेल खाने चाहिए अन्यथा उम्मीदवार को किसी भी स्तर पर अयोग्य ठहराया जा सकता है।

(e). केवल जेपीईजी (JPEG) प्रारूप को स्वीकार किया जाएगा।

(f). जेपीईजी (JPEG) के लिए न्यूनतम पिक्सेल 280 x 80 से अधिकतम पिक्सेल 560 x 160 होना चाहिए।

(g). फाईल का आकार 20 के.बी से 50 के.बी तक होना चाहिए।  

(h). हस्ताक्षर का आकार 50 के.बी से ज्यादा नहीं होना चाहिए।

(i). मोबाईल फोन का उपयोग कर लिया गया हस्ताक्षर का फोटोग्राफ स्वीकार नहीं किया जायेगा।
