SAV Class 11th Admission 2025-27:  Photograph and Signature Specifications:

It is mandatory to upload a recent color photograph and scanned signature as per the following guidelines for the Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya Entrance Examination 2025 application form:

A. Color Photograph Requirements:

• Image Size: 35mm (width) × 30mm (height).
• File Size: Must be between 20 KB and 100 KB.
• Format: .jpg or .jpeg.
• Head/Face Size: Your head/face should occupy approximately 60% to 70% of the image (approx. 25mm × 20mm).
• Background: Plain White or Light Green.

B. Scanned Signature Requirements:

• Dimensions: 3.5cm (width) × 1.5cm (height).
• File Size: Must be between 10 KB and 50 KB.
• Format: .jpg or .jpeg.

SAV Class 11th Admission 2025-27: List of Documents Required for Uploading

(a) Matriculation (10th) Certificate and Marksheet: Required for verification of Date of Birth.

(b) Domicile Certificate: Proof of residency.

(c) Caste Certificate: Mandatory for candidates applying under Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories.

(d) Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate (Latest): Required for candidates belonging to Extremely Backward Class (EBC) / Backward Class (BC).

* Important Note for Married Women: For reservation claims, the caste and non-creamy layer certificate must be issued in your father's name and address, not your husband's.

(e) Disability Certificate: If claiming disability, a certificate issued by a competent authority in the prescribed format is required.

(f) Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate: For applicants under the EWS category, a certificate issued by the competent authority as per Government of Bihar notification no. 2622 dated 26.02.2019.
